​How counselling can support you?
Counselling can support the mental health and wellbeing of university students. We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore these issues.

Our student counsellors of Faculty of Livestock, Fisheries and Nutrition are here to confidentially support our students through one-to-one counselling.

We aim through our service to help students work through their difficulty, understand themselves better and find ways of managing their situation, offering self-help resources, workshops and one to one counselling.
